1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Andy Carroll (hereinafter referred to as "I", "me", "my", or "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my services.
2. Services Description
I provide product leadership consulting, AI strategy, and digital transformation services. These services may include:
- Product Strategy Consultations
- AI Integration Workshops
- Ongoing Product Advisory Services
- Digital Transformation Guidance
3. Consultation and Service Agreements
When you book a consultation or engage my services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Pay the agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality agreements
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are as outlined during the consultation booking process. Payments are due prior to service delivery. All fees are in British Pounds (£) and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a specific service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and insights provided during consultations remain my intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their internal purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
My services are provided "as is" without warranties. I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services. My total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Confidentiality
I maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Any information shared during consultations will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation price.
9. Modifications to Terms
I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in London, United Kingdom.
